The RSŽP commission is headed by Jan Mikulecký, a representative

At its meeting on 24/11/2011, the Prague 18 City Council decided to establish a Commission for the Regeneration of Housing Estates and the Environment. One of the main goals of the commission is to restore the housing estate as a whole. I will primarily work on the transfer of CPI / BPT land to the municipality, on the regeneration of green areas, on the transformation of asphalted land into playgrounds, the restoration of sidewalks and roads and other tasks that will result in the modern housing estate Letňany. The tasks of the commission will include the preparation of revitalization projects, the processing of documents for negotiations with developers and landowners, and cooperation with the commission of territorial development and construction.

Jan Mikulecký states: After the winter, there is a nice mess in the housing estate

The snow lasted only a few days this winter. However, when he went down, it became clear how much he was hiding under him. “In addition to the standard untidy dog excrement, there were also packaging from New Year’s Eve rockets, discarded plastic bags, stretched garbage that did not fit in the bins, and similar Christmas presents,” says the responsible representative Jan Mikulecký. Jan Mikulecký: Why revitalize in 2011?

  • The number of renovated houses in the housing estate is increasing. The active committees of SVJ use the last possibilities of low VAT, which will increase by 4% for construction work in 2012, which can mean hundreds of thousands of crowns. The example from SVJ Místecká 453 shows that the savings compared to the reconstruction next year is CZK 252,000: Continue reading “Jan Mikulecký: Why revitalize in 2011?”

Jan Mikulecký and Milan Mikulecký: Joint statement

Due to the ongoing campaign to harm either or both of us, based on the false claim that we are brothers and that we are at least unethical in the administration of public affairs in Prague Letňany on the basis of this “kinship” relationship, we have decided to publish our birth certificates and issue this joint statement. Jan Mikulecký: Krausova has new columns

In Krausova Street, cars were parked on the sidewalk towards Místecká. The sidewalk is wide in those places and people could walk around the cars, so it could be said that parking is tolerable. “There is a free space for rarity cars in the housing estate. However, cars drove to the sidewalk through the crossing, which created very dangerous situations,” points out representative Jan Mikulecký. Jan Mikulecký asks for contact with SVJ committees

The following request was received at the beginning of February by the chairmen of the SVJ committees in Fryčovická, Ivančická, Krausova, Křivoklátská, Kuželova, Malkovského, Místecká, Nýdecká, Rýmařovská and Tupolevova streets. 56 associations of owners belonging to the former AVIA housing estate were contacted. Only 5 responses were received during the first 10 days of the call. It is a great pity that other SVJ committees are not interested in the future of their surroundings. Without contact details, the town hall cannot communicate directly with SVJ about projects for the renewal of the housing estate in Letňany. The ongoing reconstruction of the Avia heating pipeline has shown one fundamental thing. “There are a number of unused parking spaces in Letňany. Cars can be parked elsewhere than directly at the house,” offers councilor and deputy Jan Mikulecký other options. Where the excavation work was going on, the cars had to go away, but they had to park somewhere. Maybe it was 50 meters away and the drivers had to sacrifice to walk the few meters on foot. It is not so far from Ivančická to Nýdecká. However, for a lazy driver, it is much more convenient to park at an intersection or crossing.
