Jan Mikulecký: The referendum in 2014 will decide on the wall in Malkovský

Val Malkovského has been the subject of interesting discussions in recent weeks. Many citizens spoke in favor of maintaining the rampart, others in favor of a possible car park. The only truly transparent way to choose a future option is the Malkovsky Referendum 2014.

“Unfortunately, the survey under the article is not entirely conclusive, because there are votes from China, Brazil or New Zealand. There was also a rapid increase in votes, for example from the CTU Faculty of Civil Engineering. It cannot be assumed that almost 20 students they study geodesy and cartography at FSv and go to computer classrooms B870 and B973, “says Jan Mikulecký, a graduate of the same faculty, a representative of Letňany.

This was a small test of democracy and accountability that some of our neighbors have failed to do. How can we want our representatives to be honest when we cheat ourselves in such details as simple polls?

Jan Mikulecký, representative of Letňany, adds: “Val is part of the Letňany lentils project in the 6th stage, the implementation of which is not expected until after 2015.” The architectural design is not closed and work on detailed project documentation has not begun. Therefore, the citizens of Letňany, and especially Malkovského Street, can still give impetus to the future appearance of their surroundings.

Following an agreement with the inhabitants of Malkovského Street, the Prague 18 City District will announce a local referendum in the first half of 2014, which will be open to all residents with permanent residence at Malkovského 592 – 601. They will be directly affected by the rampart. The condition will be the processing of project documentation. The possibilities of the referendum will be similar to the survey, ie the preservation of the rampart, or the construction of a green car park with anti-noise measures. As with Kuželova Street, it will be the citizens of this street who will decide on the future of their residence!

The first pruning of diseased pines will be carried out in November 2012, and further maintenance work on the greenery will take place in the course of 2013. “It is already possible to see how the rampart changed its appearance thanks to the modification of the surrounding bushes, which the town hall began to take care of,” Jan Mikulecký, representative of Letňany.

    Veronika

    1. Pokud dojde ke změnám v oblasti valu, tak budou komplexně řešeny u Tupolevovy i Veselské ulice. Jestli dojde k odstranění valu u Veselské, bude zde postavena protihluková stěna.

  2. Zachovat val !!! to v jakém je současném stavu je pouze vaší vizitkou péče a starostí o občanskou vybavenost a životní prostředí.
Vybudovat protihlukovou barieru a výsadba lesní zeleně
