The lenses started. Work is in full swing and everyone in the housing estate may feel certain limitations. Especially drivers, for whom several streets will be temporarily closed due to the construction of new parking spaces and a new surface. However, the Skanska construction company must respect a number of conditions and must not close all roads at once. For the entire period of implementation will still be available min. 70 parking spaces in Jančova, Ivančická or Místecká streets (part of the affected area is only Místecká 567-569 including the car park).
Street closure schedule
The first part of Kuželova Street will be closed (from 24/3). The restriction will apply to about 10 parking spaces. At the same time, the car park at the Místecká 448 house will close for 6 weeks. In May, Jančov from Kuželová to Místecká will close. Dozens of new parking spaces will be created here. At the end of June, this part of Jančovy will open with new parking spaces and will close from Kuželova to Ivančická. At the same time, the car park in front of Místecká 567-569 will also be closed until the end of July. In August, the remnants of the old asphalt are milled and a new one is laid where it will not be yet. However, this will mean closing the streets for only a few days.

All deadlines are preliminary and are highly dependent on the specific progress of work. You can always find an up-to-date overview on this website. The construction work will be carried out in such a way as to limit the inhabitants of the housing estate only minimally. However, until the autumn, our housing estate will be one large construction site. Hold on, the result will be worth it.
